My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location was very convenient with easy access to Downtown Dubai and a short walk from the business bay metro station. However, the rooms were disappointing, being smaller than usual, with poor WiFi coverage and occasional smoke smell. The service, though not initially helpful, turned around with kind gestures like extending our stay for free and preparing breakfast boxes for early departures. The dining options were lacking in variety, and the facilities were average. Overall, it was a decent stay but with some significant drawbacks.

The hotel offers nice and big rooms with functional furniture and plenty of power points, all well-maintained and clean. The staff is polite, and the food is good. It provides a very calm and quiet atmosphere with comfortable mattresses and soft linens.

The hotel is not soundproof, has enclosed showers, and is not really close to the city center. However, the shuttle service to Dubai Mall is convenient for two-person occupancy. The rooms could use improvement in terms of size.

The hotel offers a very nice stay with occasional smoke smell in the rooms but large and comfortable beds, and it's a quiet place with a great view of the Burj Khalifa. The complimentary mini fridge stocked with tea, coffee, and water daily adds a nice touch. The professionalism of the staff is commendable.
